Stuffed courgettes
One of the greetings that vegetables in my personal top ten Favorites to find, is undoubtedly the zucchini. A delicious vegetable that sometimes forgotten what a great pity. The more so because courgettes great tasty dishes in oven.First in the series a recipe for stuffed courgettes courgettes.
For two to three persons

* 2 courgettes halfrijp
* 100 g mixed Minced pork/beef
* 100 gr grated cheese mix for gratin
* A half onion or 1 large shallot
* Half a clove of garlic
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* Olive oil to the courgettes in rubbing
* 2 tablespoons water
* 1 teaspoon of tomatenpuree concentrate
* A handle fresh leaf parsley
* Black pepper
* Salt
* Small box butter
Method Of Preparation
* Hot oven for
* Chop the onion or shallot
* Chop the garlic
* Chop the parsley
* Vegetables the onion in the olive oil
* Add the mince
* Add the garlic
* Pour two tablespoons of water at
* Bijkruiden with pepper
* On a small fire continue scratching
* Add the parsley at (love a little bit about)
* Cut the courgettes lengthwise halfdoor
* Get the flesh it out with a soup spoon
* Chop the flesh of the zucchini or mix it in your blender
* Add to the meat
* Bijkruiden
* Rub the inside of your courgettes with oil
* Sprinkle a little salt in (not too much
* Just before it is ready, add there half the grated cheese under the vegetables/meat mix
* Add the cube to butter
* Good scratching
* Now fill the extracted courgettes with the mix
* Sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese over
* Explain there are small prutsjes drizzle with butter or oil
* Halfway in the oven for 20 min at 180 °
* If you see that there is pulling even on vesicles put grill
* Sprinkle parsley a tietske on the whole as garniering
* Serving with mashed potatoes or croquettes
